Winner: Lucy Mann for Goodnight Spaceman by Michelle Robinson (Puffin)
Summary: How can you not reward a campaign that sends a book into space? Coordinating an interview and a story time from space, alongside the UK Space Agency, is no mean feat and the publicist for Goodnight Spaceman did this with deft skill. She did a great job at leveraging the obvious PR gift of access to an astronaut whilst also utilising the book’s two illustrators for further land-based coverage. An energetic and highly successful campaign.
