Senior Publicity Manager (1 year FTC), Hodder & Stoughton

What you’ll be doing

The successful candidate will report to the Communications Director and will work independently across a wide range of fiction and non-fiction campaigns, including crime & thriller, women’s fiction, reading group fiction, lifestyle and cookery, and narrative non-fiction.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Publicity Manager on a fixed term contract for approximately 12 months. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of planning and implementing their own publicity campaigns, organising events and delivering exceptional author care. You will be enthusiastic, well-organised and creative, with excellent communication skills and established media and events contacts. You will have a passion for commercial fiction in particular, and will have a strong understanding of all the elements needed to make a title commercially successful. You will be joining a fun, collaborative and highly successful team, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working with colleagues to share ideas, while managing their campaigns independently.
