We’re on the lookout for a creative and dynamic PR professional to help bring the ideas of top authors, founders and thought leaders to life. As a Campaigns Manager / Senior Campaigns Manager, you’ll shape standout campaigns that build authority, raise profiles and put ambitious experts exactly where they belong- in the media spotlight.
This isn’t just book PR. We specialise in authority-building PR for non-fiction authors, entrepreneurs, CEOs and speakers who want to grow their visibility, credibility and impact – with or without a book.

What You’ll Do:
• Design and execute PR campaigns that build authority and capture the spotlight
• Create media strategies for book launches, expert positioning and founder profiling
• Craft punchy, engaging press releases and commentary pitches journalists can’t ignore
• Brainstorm creative angles that connect authors and founders to the news agenda
• Write thought-provoking leadership articles and media-friendly ‘top tips’ pieces
• Secure interviews, features, reviews and thought leadership opportunities
• Work across UK, US and Middle East media landscapes
• Provide exceptional client care while managing expectations and momentum
Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years’ experience in non-fiction PR, expert profiling or founder-led campaigns. Journalists or PR professionals with strong media relationships and experience positioning credible voices are very welcome.
You should also:
• Be a natural communicator and talented copywriter
• Have proven media contacts across the UK, US and/or Middle East
• Be confident working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Have the ability to multitask, prioritise and deliver under pressure
• Possess the grit and resilience to secure high-quality results
• Love writing persuasive, strategic pitches
• Have a keen interest in current affairs, business and thought leadership
• Enjoy working within a close-knit, ambitious and supportive team
